DateTimePicker does not change component type when setOptions is called

DateTimePicker does not change componentType when setOptions is called.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open the following dojo.
2. Click on the Change Options button.
3. Notice that the Calendar Popup has not changed its appearance.

Current behavior

Setting the componentType through the setOptions() method of the DateTimePicker does not change the appearance of the Calendar Popup.

Expected/desired behavior

Setting the componentType through the setOptions() method of the DateTimePicker should change the appearance of the Calendar Popup.
