DatePicker does not update componentType when setOptions is called

DatePicker does not update componentType when setOptions is called

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open the following Dojo.
2. Click on the Change Component Type button.
3. Notice that the Calendar is not re-rendered based on the componentType.

Current behavior

DatePicker does not update componentType when setOptions is called.

Expected/desired behavior

DatePicker should update componentType when setOptions is called.
