ButtonsTemplate Template overload produces a compile-time error when declared in the Form.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Declare the ButtonTemplate() API configuration by using the Template component.
2. Notice that the application will not compile:
   

Current behavior

The ButtonsTemplate Template overload produces a compile-time error when declared in the Form.

Expected behavior

The ButtonsTemplate Template overload should not produce a compile-time error when declared in the Form.
