ColumnMenu in Grid is not scrollable

Bug report

The columns popup in the ColumnMenu of the Grid is not scrollable, compared to earlier versions.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/FdGOBJqq/2
2. Open the columns popup from the columnMenu

Current behavior

The popup's height is extended to fill all the column

Expected/desired behavior

The popup should be scrollable
