Scheduler header and table misalignment when the browser is zoomed

Ref - telerik/kendo-themes#5287

There is a visible misalignment between the headers and the cells in the TimelineMonthView of the Scheduler component.

Reproduction of the problem

Open the overview demo:
https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/scheduler/index

Zoom the browser to 150-175%.

Current behavior

Check the All Day row and the content row right after it:

You can see very clear misalignment between the 9th and the 10th.

Expected/desired behavior

There should be no misalignment.
