TreeList getOptions throws an error when there are 3 or more nested column levels

Using the TreeList's getOptions method results in a Maximum call stack size error when there are 3 or more levels of nested columns

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/iCuRpHPx/6
2. Change collapse a column.
3. Click the Save button

Current behavior

An error is thrown on the console

Expected/desired behavior

No errors should be thrown on the console.
