The No Records message in the Grid is not showing as expected in the latest version

Bug report

When the No Records message is displayed in a Grid, the bottom border is not visible and a vertical scrollbar appears.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this REPL example.
2. Observe the No Records message

Expected/desired behavior

The No Records message should be visible without the vertical scroll as in this dojo example.

Environment

• **Kendo UI version: 2025.1.211
• **Browser: [all]

Cannot personally see why this issue is particularly related to the wrappers, as the added dojo seems to exhibit the same behavior, which is classified as "regressional":

This was fixed in the second 2025.1 release for me and I was able to remove my workarounds for the issue. Not sure why it was kept open so long.
