"<script>" tag gets executed on drag when encoding is enabled in TreeList

### Reproduction of the problem
 
1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/RZwWBCHz/4
2. Drag a column

### Current behavior

The script tag is executed

### Expected behavior

The script tag shouldn't execute.

### Environment

* **Kendo UI version:** 2024.5.211 
* **Browser:** [all]
