TaskBoard no longer fires update when sorting in the same column

Bug report

TaskBoard no longer fires update on drag/drop cards in the same column. However if you drop the card in a different column, the event is fired.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open Kendo UI Snippet | Kendo UI Dojo
2. Drag first card and drop at last position
3. The event is not fired

Current

The update event does not fire.

Expected

The update event fires on each update.

This is a significant regression. Hoping for a quick hotfix so that our release is unblocked.
