Diagram resizing shape breaks the selection layer

Bug report

The diagram selection adorner appears to be misaligned after a shape is resized.

This is a regression starting with v2024.4.1112.

Reproduction of the problem

Run the following example:

Select one of the shape:

Resize the shape by dragging the bottom right corner for example:

Observe how the selection element is not aligned properly with the shape itself

Expected

The selection must look like this:
