Menu Scroll Does Not Stop Automatically on iOS Devices #8191

When using an IOS device in Desktop Mode and enabling the scrollable property on the Kendo UI for jQuery Menu, tapping the scrollable button causes the menu to scroll, but the scrolling does not stop automatically.
Reproduction of the problem
Open this Dojo example. This issue occurs on iOS devices when using Desktop mode on larger screens.
Expected/desired behavior
The scrolling to stop automatically
