Order of the columns in ColumnChooser tool should follow the order of defining the columns #8375

The columns in ColumnChooser are currently sorted in ascending order, which is not the order of defining the columns in the Grid configuration.
Reproduction of the problem
- Open https://dojo.telerik.com/IQWzeVvE
- Open the columnChooser tool
Current behavior
The order is sorted and ascending.
Expected/desired behavior
The order should follow the order of defining.
