Rebase our telos.contracts repo on top of the latest upstream changes #41
Description
Antelope leap 5.0 no longer processes deferred transactions. We're ready to upgrade to 5.0, which means we'll stop processing deferred transactions. What's the plan for telos with respect to deferred transactions? (Deferred transactions are already disabled on EOS Mainnet, Jungle testnet, Kylin testnet) There are system contract updates to remove deferred transactions. These will be deployed on Jungle testnet soon (if not already).
