Yellow Ticker Banner - Text Contrast

Description

In the Ticker Banners used in TDS. the Flat Grid box paragraph has a white font, and against the Yellow Warning ticker, the contrast ratio does not pass the accessibility Standards.

We need a way to change the font colour to black so that the white text an the yellow background is visible.

Edit: We are not able to override the text colour with !important.

Reproduction Steps

Open channelportal.telus.com in an organization that has an active alert ticker.

1. Login to partner SSO with a valid user
2. enter branch/location/brand
3. on Application links page you will see the yellow banner box at the top.

Workaround details

highlight the text to improve contrast. this is not an acceptable workaround, it is the only partial mitigation solution we have.
