A problem with the camera connection

When I debug the program I get an error related to the "cam" variable, I think I understand that it searches for the usb camera, although I don't quite understand the use of the args library.

The error mentions that "cam" is unknown.

I'm trying to run it on a laptop and using a usb camera, even though the laptop already has a webcam.
