[Feature Request]: Improve text navigation in console

Description

Currently, the console does not support jumping words with Ctrl+Arrow or erasing them using Ctrl+Backspace or Ctrl+Delete.

This is quite low level and not all console utilities support that (eg. Laravel doesn't), but it would be quite the improvement.

Additionally, if you type too fast, the cursor will not keep the right position:

Here's a basic implementation, which I didn't PR because it's not pretty and wouldn't help with the other methods in this state (moving cursor, Ctrl+Delete), but it shows what I mean:

Gotcha, yeah this should be addressed. I recently learned there are flags to detect whether ctrl etc. is pressed, so I'm pretty sure it's possible. It's not super high on my personal priority list, but I agree it's a nice featre

The typing too fast issue should be fixed now: #577

I'd say it's 99.9% fixed: only when typing abnormally fast it has a chance of happening
