GibbsTempo non-diagonal coupling operators

GibbsTempo currently only works correctly with diagonal coupling operators.
This should be fixed to using the Bath.coupling_operator() and Bath.unitary_transform().

I've added a (skipped) test and raise a NotImplementedError() for non-diagonal coupling operators in the commit 9c116b4.
