[Feature Request] Update OpenAI Agents SDK pattern with multiple tools that the agent will string together

For example, include tools that will find the user's location from IP address.

The recipe as currently written shows the mechanics of using the integration just fine, but does not demonstrate the agentic loop that is implemented within the OpenAI Agents SDK `Agent`
