[Feature Request] get API Keys by Expiration Date #45

Cloud Ops API doesn't allow for getting api keys with expiration dates in mind
Again, this is a nice to have, since we have to manually inspect the expiration dates of each key to find out if there is one that is the "latest" and if that "latest" is about to expire for a particular account.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide a request for API Keys that takes in a date and returns API Keys expiring before and including that date.
