[Feature Request] increase log level for version locked / failed interaction #173

The logs are currently full on not helpful messages we don't need to see about polling:

This flood hides important messages that are logged at the same level:

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to see notable events without having to search for them by substring. I think that the latter event here should be notice or warn level, and the former event should likely be a debug message.
