omegaconf 2.2.0 has been pulled

In the file requirements_nodeps.txt, line 8, omegaconf==2.2.0 is listed but gives the following warning:

Reason for being yanked: Accidental release

Is this a harmless warning or should an alternate version such as 2.2.1, 2.2.2 or 2.2.3 be used?

I went to 2.2.1 by changing the requirements.txt file, and it works like a champ.
