The long term support of TensorFlow Enterprise 1.15 ends at [2022-10-30](https://cloud.google.com/tensorflow-enterprise/docs/overview#long_term_version_support). We will release one more version with TF1 support and then stop supporting it. PiperOrigin-RevId: 479272824
