Add tt-topology to tt-installer

Issue

Current implementation of tt-installer offers an option to download tt-inference-server.

When running models on TT-LoudBox and TT-QuietBox, many models require the topology to set to mesh topology.

However, as tt-topology is not included in tt-installer, users have to separately download tt-topology. Some users who do not know of tt-topology gets stuck in the process.

Suggested action

• Include tt-topology in tt-installer

Expected outcome

• When the user source ~/.tenstorrent-venv/bin/activate, tt-topology is available off-the-shelf.
