Add option to run tt-update-tensix-disable-count on firmware before install #121

Description

@phjeltman

I own a p150a with 140 Tensix cores, and starting with firmware v19.5.0, 20 of those cores are disabled by default. The tt-update-tensix-disable-count tool (https://pypi.org/project/tt-update-tensix-disable-count/) enables me to retain all 140 cores, but has to be applied to the firmware image before flashing. As I like to use tt-installer to keep my Tenstorrent stack up-to-date, I would appreciate a CLI flag to patch the firmware bundle downloaded by tt-installer prior to flashing.
