perceiverIO model tests run extremely slowly (5h+) after Sept 12 uplift and cause test group timeout #1225
Description
This has caused test groups 3 and 5 in tt-forge-models tests to hit t/o on 6h limit with CIV2 runners and drop reporting on around 160 models.

This comes from tt-torch commit 0ef3e06 which is quite vast.
