[BUG] Duplicated items in buffer/requester chest.

Describe the bug
In buffer or requester chest you can request the same item twice. This is not possible todo in Factorio.

To Reproduce
Place buffer or requester chest and request two of the same items.

Expected behavior
Requested item should not be able to requested twice.
