Sublime locks up on any file edits

When I open any javascript file and make an edit, or sometimes just when I open it, ST becomes nonresponsive. I can kill plugin_host to revive it, but then I have no plugins running. Disabling TernJS via Package Control makes the problem go away.

Having similar issue, tracked it down to webpack plugin.
Here what my .tern-project looks like:

Initially, i have completion working (suggestions pop up on []. input), but it hangs editor on pretty much any import statement being typed (trying import mobx from 'mobx' it hangs on f in from).
