Allow setting insecure_kubelet_readonly_port_enabled in autopilot modules

TL;DR

With insecure_kubelet_readonly_port_enabled configurable on node_pool_auto_config.kubelet_config and the same option added for other cluster modules in #2082 it would be nice to do the same for beta-autopilot-private-cluster and beta-autopilot-public-cluster
