Getting this error

Error[400 Bad Request] - {"requestid":"83d547f6-142c-4d70-a7ee-5eda082db351","timestamp":"2025-07-24T07:14:28.628312785Z","messageid":"M1068","message":"Bad Request. Error occurred while processing the  request. Error: Workspace variable network_acls has incorrect format. Make sure a valid type is used (string, map or list or TF 12 types), a value is present and the value has a valid Terraform syntax.","statuscode":400}

When creating a virtual variable of type array.
