feat: several DA input variables have been renamed<br>- admin_pass_sm_secret_name -> admin_pass_secrets_manager_secret_name<br>- use_existing_admin_pass_sm_secret_group -> use_existing_admin_pass_secrets_manager_secret_group<br>- admin_pass_sm_secret_group -> admin_pass_secrets_manager_secret_group<br>- skip_es_sm_auth_policy -> skip_elasticsearch_to_secrets_manager_auth_policy<br>- existing_db_instance_crn -> existing_elasticsearch_instance_crn (#374)
