Add support to pass image pull credentials to code engine when pulling kibana image #370
Description
In #345 we have added the ability for consumer to specify their own registry for pulling the kibana image using the kibana_registry_namespace_image input. However its possible that this registry may require credentials to be able to pull the image. So we are going to have to provide support for this use case
