Run the pipeline

If the CI pipeline doesn't run when you create the PR, the PR requires a user with GitHub collaborators access to run the pipeline.

Where/when do other_tests run? They on a weekly build somewhere?

@whoffler, they run weekly. There is a tekton pipeline set up for continuous tests in Ops account, which runs both pr_tests and other_tests on a weekly basis. Code owners get notifications if they fail.
