[terraform-ibm-landing-zone-vpc] Review number of examples / tests

There are many examples in this repo: https://github.com/terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-landing-zone-vpc/tree/main/examples

Can we do a full review of all the examples, and where it makes sense combine some of them? Or do we really need them all?
Ensure every example has a test, but not all tests need to run in pr_test.go. However ensure we have enough test coverage for all module and DA functionality in pr_test.go. Try to test all the functionality via the DA test.
