In the main module lifecycles were historically created an archive rule set to 90 days and an expire rule set to 365 days. These should be considered opt-in rules, rather than opt-out rules. check the version files, looking for the locked version (1.80.2). There is only one example where it MUST be 1.80.2.
cd to example and run terraform init --upgrade
... it fails, but in doing so it loads .terraform/modules; check these and iam_service_id version lists >= 1.83.0

This must have been for a fix, so looking into the module and find information about the fix (this will be required for the release notes later).

Decide, should the whole module be upgraded for an example? Probably not.
