GetRandomAdminPasswordrefactored asGetRandomPasswordWithPrefixgenerates a random password string that always starts with a required prefix (prefix can be provided or left blank as the function uses default prefix - "A1a"). The random password generated is of 15 character with the mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and url safe characters.
