Set agent.daemonset.kmodule.env to internal DNS

From sysdig team - we should test this and try it out with universal_ebpf = false set

just in case- we publish prebuild drivers also in IBM bucket and you can configure the new source in the terraform by adding:

  # ...
  {
    name = "agent.daemonset.kmodule.env"
    type = "string"
    value = "xxxx"
  }
  # ...
]

where the value is the internal DNS name (from our internal ticket was created as should be downloads.security-compliance-secure.cloud.ibm.com, but please double check)
