Cloud Logs agent installation failed because module.iam_service_id.ibm_iam_service_api_key.service_id_apikey[0] failed

I tried to use the sample to deploy Cloud Logs agent in an IKS cluster:

I face the following error:

Error: Provider produced inconsistent result after apply
When applying changes to module.iam_service_id.ibm_iam_service_api_key.service_id_apikey[0], provider "provider[\"registry.terraform.io/ibm-cloud/ibm\"]" produced an unexpected new value: Root object was present, but now absent.

This is a bug in the provider, which should be reported in the provider's own issue tracker.
