SCC-WP enterprise example is not fully complete for CSPM

Looks like CSPM is not being enabled in https://github.com/terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-scc-workload-protection/blob/main/examples/enterprise/main.tf 
The App config CRN is not being passed to scc-wp module either.

The readme doc for the example should be reviewed too
