Add variable to know if we are integrating `enterprise` or not

Expected behavior

We should have a new variable to understand if we are in enterprise.
We should then change the rest patch to add the account_type: ENTERPRISE to tell SCC-WP we integrate against an entire Enterprise.

I think we should programatically determine if an account is an enterprise or not instead of exposing a new input.

Customers integrate the management account while doesn't mean they want to integrate the entire enterprise.
Also, is it possible to assess if one account is the management account for an Enterprise?
