  • Update required provider version to >= 1.70.0 to pick up the fix for this provider issue: [ibm_cbr_zone] Error: Provider produced inconsistent result after apply IBM-Cloud/terraform-provider-ibm#5590

This module is included in the DA in secrets manager, so modified APIKey example and test to run with private endpoints under schematics.
