key_algorithm parameter addition request

## Feature Request

### Description of Problem:
Can not add [key_algorithm](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/acm_certificate#key_algorithm) parameter in Resource: aws_acm_certificate created by the module.

### Potential Solutions:
Add parameter to the lists of inputs.
