unable to create a workspace due to empty terraform version field

hi
i am trying to bring up a test setup for terrakube and using github. managed to create an org and setup the VCS part. but when i try to create a new workspace using terraform ( either a version control one or the cli one ) i am not able to proceed due to empty terraform version field.
i have verified that there is nothing blocking the traffic from my kubernetes cluster and i can infact download the https://releases.hashicorp.com/terraform/index.json ( using curl from a debug pod in that same namespace)
dont see any errors in the api or executor logs
my terrakube deployment uses helm chart and is version 2.25.1

i have tried the custom cli builds approach and that didnt seem to have helped.

any pointers on how i can fix this ?

Check the browser logs

thanks for the hint, issue was on my side with conflicting ingress entries was blocking this, wrong content-type , able to see the contents and create the workspace. 👍
