Changing from JAVA -> Go for 3.x sounds like an ambitions idea, i'm personally no JAVA fan, but is there a reasoning behind it? Creating a Go-client for use within the provider does sound like a good idea, the current provider is a little flaky ( currently looking into it myself to see if i can lend a hand stabilizing it a little. and maybe add a few tests as well ) A few things on my whishlist: Versioned API specs ( to avoid breaking clients using the apis ) When it comes to features, most of what is needed is already there, i think what is really needed is a little polish rather than adding more features. |

I am closing this discussion, I am not planing to migrate all the project to a different language, I don't think it worth the effort to do it because it is like creating a new project from scratch |
