Handle .d2 files

Hello,

Thanks for this plugin. I'm testing it in a cross-stack context : obsidian to create content, and mkdocs to build and publish content.
the mkdocs part is stable and working, but in obsidian I'm still missing the possibility to edit .d2 files, not just add d2 in markdown files.

Could this be handled?
