Feature: allow downloading generated image #55
Description
Iterating on d2 diagrams in Obsidian is very useful.
Sometimes I want to use the diagram in an external system (e.g. Notion, issue tracking, etc.)
It would be very useful to allow downloading or copying the generated image to be used elsewhere.
