Feature Request: Add Car Settings for Original Battery Capacity and Max Range

I would like to request a new feature to add two car settings in TeslaMate that would be stored in the PostgreSQL database:

1. Battery Capacity When New - The original battery capacity (in kWh) when the car was new
2. Max Range When New - The maximum range (in km/miles) when the car was new

Use Case

These settings would allow users to:

• Track battery degradation more accurately by comparing current capacity against the original factory specification
• Calculate true battery health percentage based on the car's original specifications rather than estimates
• Generate more meaningful battery health reports and dashboards in Grafana
• Account for differences between EPA, WLTP, and real-world range specifications

Proposed Implementation

• Add two new fields to the car settings in the TeslaMate web interface
• Store these values in the cars table in the PostgreSQL database
• Allow users to manually input these values based on their car's original specifications

Benefits

• Support battery health for cars that did not use tesla mate since the start
• Third party APIs (tesla mate api) can use database directly
• Enhanced Grafana dashboard possibilities (e.g., remove the need for custom variables)

Expected Behavior

When implemented, users should be able to:

1. Navigate to car settings in the TeslaMate web interface
2. Input their car's original battery capacity (e.g., 75 kWh, 82 kWh, 100 kWh)
3. Input their car's original maximum range (e.g., 500 km WLTP, 350 miles EPA)
4. Have these values persist in the PostgreSQL database
5. Use these values in Grafana dashboards for degradation calculations

This feature already exists in the "battery degration" dashboard but is not persistent there. So I support this request.

Agreed.. for used car buyers this is an important missing persistent data item.

Added a second used vehicle a while back, and was surprised this isn't already a persistent parameter for each vehicle.

It may seem surprising, but some very non-technical users (e.g. elderly grandfather with some cognitive decline) just don't have it in them to figure this out whenever they want to view stats related to battery and range:

1. remember what info in grafana requires them to hand-enter the original battery capacity and range
2. remember what the original battery capacity and range is supposed to be
3. how to manually enter this data in order to produce a useful report

Since they don't do it everyday, they are frustrated every time since they can't remember the above, then call out for assistance (voicing their frustration to everyone in earshot who will listen). I wrote it down for them but they sometimes can't even remember that. It makes me feel bad when it happens since, they are clearly embarrassed to have to ask for help, which kind of tears me up inside.

I thought I might try to munge a "permanent" solution myself in Home Assistant, but the HA integration instructions are crashing HA on startup due to bad format of the scripts.yml, so came here to post the same feature request in this thread. (and will open a diff thread for the HA integration issue).

So for whatever it's worth, toss in my $0.02 upvote for this. It would make Grampa's of the world and the family members that support them way happier :)
