Support for `forward_agent`

I'm using 

```
transport:
  forward_agent: true
```

In my kitchen file and it is not forwarding my agent. I can use the kitchen-vagrant driver and it runs successfully.

There seems to be quite a bit of weirdness about making a local ssh-agent available inside a docker container but is this expected to work?
