BasicAuthHandler seems broken by PR #18

Hello,

PR #18, which states corrections to the /exec/(id)/start-params, also changed the BasicAuthHandler-class to no longer override the SendAsync-method, and essentially seems like a no-op handler now;

Was this unintentional, or is there another way to provide Basic Credentials to the Docker Client? And in that case what is the replacement method for using BasicAuthCredentials with the DockerClientConfiguration/DockerClient-classes?
