Postgres slow to start

Seeking feedback and advice.

Anyone using Postgres container in tests?

I found the container takes around 4 sec to start on different hardware and JVM versions:
Tested on:

• Linux
• Mac
• Java 8 & 11 & 16
• JUnit 4 & 5

Does anyone know how to speed things up with Postgres?
