Tests with testcontainers fail when are passing to build docker image

When I run a workflow on github, it fails at the step to build the docker image. The dockerfile has RUN gradle build --no-daemon, and when it executes the test task, the tests that are using testcontainers log the following error java.lang.IllegalStateException at DockerClientProviderStrategy.java. I have seen something about dind, but I can not solve the issue.
